Costumes that have not been opened, tried on, or worn may be returned for a Full Refund - less shipping and handling charges. You have 3 days after your order has been received to contact us for a refund.

Costumes that have been worn, tried on, or taken out of their package may be returned for a refund but will have a 15% restocking fee applied to the return. You have 3 days after receipt of your costume to return it for a refund.

Mascot Costumes are custom orders and may not be returned for a refund at any time.

• All Costumes purchased between Oct. 8 - Oct. 30 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if returned.
• To return your product, please contact CUSTOMER SUPPORT within 3 days of receiving your order to obtain authorization to return a package and instructions on where to send the item back. Packages sent back without proper authorization will be refused.

Exchanges

We are no longer exchanging costumes for different sizes. If you find that you would like a different costume, simply reorder the product you would like and follow the return instructions above to receive a refund on your order initial order.
